Completed 3 Year Top Up Energy Assessor Course 01.08.2011

Principle Engineer Craig Woods has successfully completed his Energy Assessor 3 year top up course and exam after QA reviews from CIBSE Auditors.

Craig continues to provide expert advice and EPCs for commercial buildings as an accredited Low Carbon Consultant.


Examination Results 15.06.2011

Design Engineers Jordan Price and Ben Hawksworth have successfully completed their foundation year for their Building Services Degree at Liverpool John Moores University.

The course consists of a number of modules requiring course work and examinations on a day release basis.

Congratulations to both Engineers and we look forward to the next year of their degree course and further career progression.


Sevendale House, Manchester 23.02.2011

The Grade II listed Sevendale House on Dale Street, Manchester has just received planning permission for the refurbishment works to provide contemporary office accommodation throughout the partially occupied building.  CWC were integral within the design team in providing the necessary level of detail for the planning application.

 

 


Frederick Road, Salford 24.12.2010

CWC are pleased to announce the completion of the refurbishment works to Frederick Road, Salford.

 

Frederick Road is a 3 storey office building located adjacent Salford University Campus. The works consisted of the complete refurbishment of 3940sq/ft of existing office space to accommodate the relocation of Electricity North West (UU) Utility Operations Personnel.

CWC were responsible for the design of the M&E services in line with ENW requirements with all works undertaken via a fast track fit out program of 12 weeks.

 

 

 


Chancery Place, Floors 1 to 4, Manchester 14.09.2010

CWC in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle and Flexible Business Interiors are pleased to announce completion of the fit-out to 4 floors of Chancery Place on behalf of Solicitors Barlow Lyde & Gilbert.

The fit-out was completed in record time to accommodate the migration of additional staff relocating from Spinningfields.

The work has been accomplished over a period of 6 weeks from instruction to completion, involving extensive modifications to ventilation and lighting systems in addition to new power and data installations.
