CWC are proud to announce that the recently completed Maple House Project has been awarded a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

The project was challenging in a number of respects; not least due to the short timescales involved and the fact it was the first project in the country to go through the more onerous BREEAM 2008 Fit Out category assessment.

CWC worked very closely with Client SERCO, Contractor ADT, building surveyors Workman and BREEAM assessors Scott Hughes Design to achieve the award.
