Duties undertaken previously by CWC Directors. CWC have an ongoing commission to carry out the tenant liaison role on the entire Arndale development. In addition we are currently involved in a number of projects in the centre to re-configure units and general centre development.

Duties undertaken previously by CWC Directors & Staff prior to the formation of CWC Detailed design for a 500,000 sqft major extension and refurbishment for the existing shopping centre in the heart of Ashford town centre. The development required substantial infrastructure works involving a new primary substation and multiple diversions around a busy residential and road network junction.

Duties undertaken previously by CWC Directors & Staff prior to the formation of CWC. 1,290,000 sqft Retail and 330,000sqft of Catering and Leisure Space. Site implementation/due diligence role of the detailed M&E design.

Duties undertaken previously by CWC Directors & Staff prior to the formation of CWC. Detailed design of the refurbishment of a 1960s part covered ‘precinct’ for Land Securities / Henderson Investors/ Hammerson. This complex project required the reconfiguration of the existing centre, while maintaining elements of the scheme in operation, together with provision of new utility supplies, life safety systems and tenant plant facilities. The scheme was project managed by Land Securities and required regular technical briefings and reviews with Land Securities’ engineering staff.

Duties undertaken previously by CWC Directors & Staff prior to the formation of CWC. 70,000 sqft concept design for mixed use redevelopment of existing shopping centre in Cardiff City Centre. Comprising covered retail, department store, hotels, residential and public library.
