All credit to the team at Bluesky Design who created the stunning interior, and have also picked up a well deserved nomination for Interior Design Practice at the Northern Design Awards.
We provided MEP design for the project which includes a full refurbishment of the reception area, creation of a new wellness facility in the basement and CAT A design to the refurbishment of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors.
The building has been re-designed as a relaxed and welcoming environment, with all the facilities you would expect in a modern workspace. The basement now houses cycle storage, shower and changing facilities and a yoga studio. Sustainability is also at the forefront; the project achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and the energy performance certificate (EPC) was improved from a ‘D’ to ‘B’ asset rating. The scheme includes EV charging, a living wall in reception and an LED lighting system with daylighting functionality.
