Blocks 7 & 8 of the Vita Living residential development at Circle Square have been completed.
The buildings provide 266 luxury private rental apartments with extensive amenities including private dining facilities, co-working suites and lounge spaces. Positioned at the centre of the neighbourhood, residents will enjoy panoramic views over Manchester from the roof terrace. Retail, leisure and greenspace will all be on the doorstep. The ground floor houses eight shell retail units with provision for a number of F&B operators, adjacent to the park.
Buildings 7 & 8 are the first part of the Build to Rent residential provision at Circle Square to be completed. Buildings 5 & 6, also due for completion this year, will provide a further 417 luxury private rental apartments.
CWC has been involved throughout the project from concept to the delivery of detailed design and provided a client monitoring role throughout. Systems were designed to meet Manchester City Council’s development energy targets and provide highly energy efficient apartments. VRF Heat pump heating and cooling is used in the amenity and landlord areas, whilst Individual apartments are served by a low carbon wet heating system, controlled via heat interface units.
