We are pleased to announce the sectional completion of the new Vita Student Development in Leeds last week.
13 Students moved into their studios over the weekend in St Albans Place, the first of two developments in the city. The building will house 376 students in luxury accommodation with superb views over the city, and excellent communal facilities including an onsite gym and cinema.
Completion of the redevelopment of the surrounding park is due next month.
CWC were responsible for the concept design to planning, and providing enhanced performance services for the mechanical and electrical building services. CWC then took on a monitoring role for VITA Group, overseeing the services installations through to completion last week.
