Key Elements
CWC were commissioned to carry out the M&E Services Design for the new sports and leisure facility in Cambourne Village.
The development, comprised of internal sports hall, dance studio, fitness gym, social and cafe areas, changing facilities, together with support offices.
The requirement for flexibility and low maintenance was a significant element of the brief to allow Cambourne Parish Council to operate the Centre with a Leisure Operator.
