The Quadrant is the latest development to be completed at Birchwood Park in Warrington, a site which we have been involved with for 15 years.
The Phase 2 development delivered 170,000 sq ft of new industrial space with complimentary office space across five units, ranging from 18,000 sq ft to 58,000 sq ft. Additional works were also undertaken to widen the existing adjacent Kelvin Street access road.
CWC were involved with the full mechanical and electrical fit-out of the ground floor lobby/core areas and first floor office spaces along with utility service investigations, diversions and new connections to facilitate the works.
Birchwood Park is the largest out of town business destination in the North West, featuring landscaped surroundings, excellent amenities and transport links. The new development brings much needed industrial space to the area, building on occupier feedback from the first phase to deliver exactly what businesses are looking for.
