We are pleased to announce the practical completion of the new Vita Student development in Nottingham last week.
The 323-bed purpose-built accommodation offers excellent communal facilities including an onsite gym and cinema, all at the heart of the city centre.
CWC carried out performance design duties inputting to the employer’s requirements, then took on the role of client-side design review and construction duties through to project completion.
As always, it was a pleasure to work with VITA, with Ridge and Partners project managing, Fuse Architects and Axiom Quantity Surveyors to help deliver another quality student accommodation building.
It was an amazing achievement for Morgan Sindall and Drayton Beaumont Services to have delivered such an excellent building ready for early September student intake, despite the challenges thrown at them by Covid-19.
