MOAF reported in Place North West the most notable city centre transactions in the first quarter of 2021:

  • Ministry of Justice taking 24,548 sq ft at the Redfern Building, part of the NOMA district. CWC have been working at NOMA for the landlord Hermes since 2012 and on various tenant projects.
  • Serviced office provider Orega has taken 29,864 sq ft at Arkwright House and CWC have been working on the fit-out. This is the latest project in our six-year history with Arkwright House, including a major refurbishment of the Grade II listed building completed in 2017.
  • Law firm Brabners taking 20,239 sq ft at 100 Barbirolli. CWC have recently been appointed to provide MEP and acoustic design services to the fit out of the 8th and 9th floors.

Demand for office space is expected to continue increasing as employees gradually return to offices throughout the year.
