Vita Student Lewisham Exchange is now occupied, with the first students moved in on 4th September.
The development is made up of two buildings over 35 and 20 storeys respectively, 758 student rooms and 67 affordable residential units. The bulk of the student accommodation is housed in the 35-storey tower with stunning views across London, situated a stone’s throw from Lewisham station and the DLR.
Like all Vita Student developments, the building boasts fantastic amenities including a gym, lounges, private dining rooms and study spaces, for an unforgettable student experience.
CWC were appointed to carry out due diligence for Vita, monitoring the contractor’s design and site installation of the MEP services. This turn-key development by Tide Construction utilised a modular construction method, allowing for a very streamlined construction process. The building also utilises the existing Eon district heat network to provide low carbon heat and hot water.
