We are delighted to see the completion of another Vita Group building, the new Vita Student development in Birmingham.
The development will house 360 students in premium quality accommodation with a range of different rooms available. The contemporary accommodation and excellent communal facilities including an onsite gym, cinema and private dining will deliver an unforgettable student experience. Approximately 200 students have already moved into their studios in Vita Pebble Mill with a further 160 expected to move in over the next few weeks.
CWC were responsible for the performance design for the mechanical and electrical building services. We then took on a monitoring role for VITA Group, overseeing the services installations through to completion.
