CWC have worked on the Business Park since 2004 and have extensive knowledge of the existing utility infrastructures around the site.
The site comprises mixed use offices, shops and warehouse buildings on the former Atomic Energy site in Warrington.
CWC are responsible for monitoring the utility site infrastructures, advising on available capacities for new development opportunities and updating private network record drawings within the overall site.
In 2020 we were appointed to provide the detailed design for a new car park. It was approved for planning in 2019 with 1,007 parking spaces and 25 electric vehicle charging points. This is in line with Warrington Borough Council’s Air Quality Action Plan and planning regulations, designed to encourage electric vehicle usage.View More Masterplanning Projects »
